At first, I just left it alone after my friend gave it to me as a gift, but when the serum ran out, I used it as an emergency and applied it before going to bed. When I woke up, my skin was immediately soothed and just felt so soft. This is truly revolutionary.

I don't really have any negatives, but if I had to pick one, it would be that it's a bit inconvenient to use? You have to press down quite firmly to get a good amount out.

None! None! I tried to find some downsides, but the spreadability, moisturization, and packaging are all to my liking.
Tip
I don't use it daily, but I apply a different brand's ceramide ampoule daily. When my skin is dry, I use a watery oil serum, and when my skin is red and needs soothing, I apply this product differently each day. The next day, I can really feel how moisturized and soothed my skin is, and I love it.
