The color of this is absolutely gorgeous! It gives such an ethereal glow and makes your skin look radiant. You can just apply it with your fingers - no brush needed. And at just 2000 won, it's such a steal! The staying power is a bit short... I guess it's unavoidable since it's a powder formula. When I come back from being out, most of it has disappeared, but my whole face still has a subtle sparkle. It's not too noticeable because it's subtle, but I wish the lasting power was better. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinMar 6, 2021
It's actually pretty good if you get the amount right. The value for money is really excellent. You get what you pay for. If you don't apply it correctly, it's a disaster. Using a brush is a real mess - you have to use your hands. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedNov 10, 2020
When applied to the under-eye area, it looks naturally beautiful. The product is generous in quantity and provides a nice brightening effect. The peach tone is subtle, making it comfortable and easy to use without feeling overwhelming. There's a bit of excess powder that can settle into pores. - Hwahae UserDry SkinJul 14, 2020
1. Value for money I bought this product in a hurry, but for just 2000 won, I think it's quite a bargain. 1. Excess powder There was too much excess powder, which made it inconvenient to use. 2. Clogging It tended to clog my pores a bit more than I'd like. 3. Shimmer It's so sparkly that I wonder if it's more of a glitter than a highlighter. - is*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJul 14, 2020
The pearl shimmer has a silvery white hue. As someone who usually can't use highlighters because they make me look flushed and yellow like I'm wearing a shimmery blush, this is honestly... my holy grail highlighter. It's perfect for those with fair skin! The highlighter gives a subtle 'is she or isn't she' glow, without obvious glitter particles. Highly recommended for those with pale skin who can't use most gold or pink highlighters. Compared to other products, I didn't feel like it clumped excessively either... The lid is like castanets, so it doesn't close properly. However, it hasn't accidentally opened in my makeup bag yet. - Hwahae UserNormal SkinRecommendedJul 9, 2020
It's such great value for money! And surprisingly, for a Daiso product, the color payoff is pretty good. Hmm... the case could be better. Also, there's a bit of powder fallout. - 19******Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedFeb 27, 2020
At just $2, this highlighter is an incredible bargain. It performs similarly to high-end brands and works beautifully for highlighting under-eye areas. I didn't experience any excess powder when applying. The adherence to the skin is quite good, and the packaging design is lovely too! The ingredients list could be improved a bit. Other than that, I haven't found any drawbacks yet. To minimize powder fallout, I recommend applying with your fingers rather than a brush. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 20, 2020
It gives a natural effect, as if you're barely wearing anything It breaks easily, the color is too light, layering doesn't build up the pigment, and there's a lot of excess powder. It also works terribly with the highlighter brush sold at Daiso. - se************Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 15, 2019
Being a Daiso product, I loved how incredibly affordable it was. It works wonderfully as a highlighter, but I was especially impressed by how natural and pretty it looked when applied to my aegyo sal (under-eye puffiness). So far, I haven't found anything to complain about. I highly recommend it! - k2*****Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessRednessDec 14, 2019
The texture is somewhat soft and bouncy, but not a dry powder-like consistency. It doesn't feel drying on the skin. You can apply it like those glamorous international beauty gurus. The packaging is like a stubborn castanet that won't close properly. The lid breaks easily. It applies unevenly and clumps together. It feels extremely sticky. The metallic silver color looks dated and artificially cyber-like. It's so moist that you wonder if it's even possible to apply with a brush. The highlighter creates such an intense glow that it seems more suitable for celebrities on red carpets. Instead of applying it on the bridge of your nose or cheekbones, try putting it on your aegyo-sal (under-eye area) for a natural, beautiful glow. It looks prettier when used on the eyes, so use it as an eyeshadow. Apply it as an eyeshadow highlighter in the middle of your eyelids. For summer, mix it with oil or cream and apply to your legs or collarbone for a pretty glow (though longevity isn't guaranteed). In conclusion: Skip using it on your nose and save it for your aegyo-sal and collarbone instead.
