But for some reason, this product applies so thinly that it doesn't feel heavy or cakey at all. It has a matte, opaque finish, but still has a slight translucent quality to it. That's why it works so well even when I fill in my entire lips. The lasting power is also great - after grilling meat, it didn't budge at all, so I didn't need to reapply. The color did fade a bit, but it didn't get patchy or emphasize any flakiness or lines. This creamy formula usually tends to cling to and accentuate the dryness on my lips, but this one just smooths on evenly and comfortably. Out of the three colors I have, this one is the most versatile and soft, so it works well as an MLBB (my lips but better) shade for everyday wear.
ConsIt's really hard to find stores that carry this brand, so I couldn't swatch the colors in person before buying. The online swatches also look quite different from the actual colors. And since it's not an inexpensive product, it's always a struggle to pick the right shade. Also, for some reason, this particular color seems to be a bit more difficult to remove compared to the Cranberry and Shangri-La shades.
