This foundation offers good coverage with a matte finish As someone with dry skin, I found it too drying and it tended to cake up or look patchy, so I couldn't use it during winter Mixing it with a facial oil helps reduce the patchiness - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinOct 10, 2019
I was so excited to try this product after seeing it on a home shopping channel. I had high expectations when I purchased it. The deal was great - they were offering extra puffs and a high discount, so I bought it without hesitation. I bought this because the magnetic puff was supposed to improve adhesion and coverage. However, it clumps, gets stuck in pores, and accentuates them badly. It applies very thickly and feels heavy on the skin. It's difficult to apply delicately around the nose and eyes. Right after application, it looks too intense and pale, but over time it becomes very dull. It breaks down messily, and the thick application makes my skin feel itchy. The puff seems to be the main issue. Now I understand why they give so many - after minimal use, the seam tears and it splits into two pieces, rendering it completely unusable. The foundation also has poor adherence, creating lines when hair brushes against it. The quality of the foundation itself doesn't seem great either. I've tried using different brushes and puffs to make it work, but haven't found a suitable tool yet. Even reliable tools that usually create a thin, adherent layer with other foundations fail with this one, emphasizing dead skin cells severely. Shockingly, it doesn't even apply well right after using a face mask - instead, it becomes greasy and melts off. I really don't think I can use this product. It's a perfect example of why they say not to buy from home shopping channels. Pro tip... I don't have any yet. Since I can't throw it away, I'll try a few more tools and update if I find one that works well with this product.
