It doesn't apply evenly if your lips aren't in good condition. But more than anything, the steadily increasing price of MAC lipsticks is the biggest disappointment...

I'm currently using Stay Curious Color. It's said to be Hwahae's version of the Powder Kiss line, but on my lips, it appears more vibrant and saturated than Hwahae, which I actually prefer. I found Hwahae to be too close to my natural lip color. This has a powdery, matte texture that applies even more smoothly when you use a lip balm first. The matte case is also quite attractive.

The staying power isn't great, and it doesn't come off cleanly when removing, which is a drawback

It absorbs nicely, has a pretty color, and I like the balanced matte finish

Try applying Stay Curious and then layering Laka Peach Ring on top for a perfectly hydrated, gorgeous lip look. Those with deep undertones absolutely must give this a try!

Since the Powder Kiss line tends to be matte, those with dry lips might want to moisturize well before application for better results.

If you have dry lips, I recommend applying a lip balm first. The staying power is short unless you apply it heavily.

I used this beautiful calm pink-red shade throughout autumn and winter. When I applied it over lip balm, it gave a lovely pink tint. I wore it daily during the cooler seasons!

As someone who prefers completely matte textures, I wasn't thrilled with its somewhat moisturizing feel that seemed to sit on top of my lips. The staying power and adherence weren't great either - when I go out, it's like my lip color disappears. Reapplying leads to pilling, so I end up not using it at all!

I fell in love with the color and bought it right away along with Mullet Over! I was drawn to its soft, powdery feel and the subtle, beautiful shade. I've been using it for a while now, which is why I'm finally writing this review.
