❤Hwahae Trial Review❤ It had better moisturizing power than I expected. I thought it would be similar to other lip balms, but the moisture lasted longer than I thought. If I applied it generously the night before and went to sleep, the flakiness was gone in the morning, which I liked a lot. As someone who is very concerned about lip flakiness, I was really troubled by how lipstick would cling to the edges of my lips, but this helped remove all the flakiness, so I felt comfortable. It seems really useful. There is a slight stuffy feeling when you put it on your lips, but if it can remove the flakiness, it seems great. Pros
I received 3 of them as a gift and I'm really happy with them. The scent is hmm, coffee-like?? Almond coffee scent? Hazelnut scent?? Anyway, it's not apple-scented but a sweet coffee scent. The fragrance is really strong, you can smell it even before opening the lid. These days, when wearing a mask, applying this strongly-scented lip balm would be perfect. My lips become moisturized right away, and the slight tint is great for wearing alone or over tint. The case is also pretty, so I really like it.
Cons
It's a bit annoying to open and close the pot-type, but I can tolerate it. And I prefer the pot type over the stick type anyway. However, I was hoping for an apple scent since the case has an apple picture, but that's a bit disappointing.

This lip balm is great to use when wearing a mask these days!

✔Moisturizing/Softness I like both the moisturizing power and softness. It's very soft! There's a slight stickiness, but it's not bothersome. ✔Exfoliation It didn't really help with exfoliation. If you want exfoliation, I'd recommend using regular Vaseline. This product seems to focus more on moisturizing power than exfoliation. ✔Fragrance It has a sweet cherry chocolate scent...? I can't exactly describe the fragrance. But it wasn't an unpleasant one. Those who prefer unscented products might not like it as much. But since it's a limited edition, oh well... ✔Shine It has a nice glossy shine. That's why I've been keeping it on hand to apply whenever my lips get dry at home. I don't use it daily, but a light application works well. If you apply too much, it'll make your lips look like you just ate some fried chicken...

I was lucky to win the Hwahae event, so I'm leaving an objective review~ Vaseline is a brand I've always trusted and used as an all-purpose lip balm, and this time the lip balm has color, so it seems to make my bare face look more lively when I use it! Another thing is that while the lip balm is moisturizing, it doesn't feel sticky, which is great. Since stickiness can make me not want to use it, this one is something I can use comfortably.

No pigmentation. Since I have a cold and my nose is peeling, I applied it to the philtrum but there was no pigmentation. The scent is supposedly apple, but it's more like cinnamon pie? scent. Personally, I don't like the cinnamon scent... dislike it. Moisturizing: Quite moisturizing. Longevity: 2 hours? Other: It's good that I can gauge the amount well since I'm applying it by melting it with my body heat. The amount is plenty and it's soft.

☆I received the Hwahae Quiz Show prize product☆ First, when I opened the lid, the sweet apple scent was nice ㅎㅎ When applied, it becomes soft and moisturizing like Vaseline, with good moisturizing power. The color is also subtly present, so it has decent color payoff. I applied a matte lipstick and then put this on top, and all the peeling flakes disappeared and the color looked pretty. Since it has color on its own, students or those who like light makeup can just use this alone ㅎㅎ

It's really moisturizing and has a nice sheen to it! I think it works great when used with matte lip products.
Cons
The scent is quite strong, almost medicinal, and it's really overpowering to the point of giving me a headache. It also crumbles and melts away very easily, and the color payoff is almost non-existent!
Tip
If you apply this before a matte lip product and blot with a tissue, it prevents emphasizing any flakiness and works really well! The photos are: no product, this product only, and then a matte lip product - I tried to match the shades as closely as possible.
