When you apply it and sleep, you can clearly feel that the fine wrinkles are smoothed out the next day. There are no troubles or eye pains either.
Cons
The disappointing part is that the included tweezers do not detach the patches one by one very well. They tear.
Tip
Instead of grabbing the patches from the beginning, slightly push them up from the tweezers' holding part. That way, they will detach one by one more easily, and using less force will prevent tearing.
