The color is blue-gray, but it's close to black without looking ashy, making it great for standalone use. Above all, the biggest advantage is that you don't need a separate makeup remover!

I bought this product after seeing many reviews praising its natural and pretty look compared to regular mascara. I wish domestic brands would come out with something similar! I had high hopes for this base, as people said applying it before mascara helps prevent lashes from drooping. However, since my lashes tend to fall quickly even after curling (and even more so with mask-wearing lately - I've resorted to getting a lash perm!), I didn't find it particularly impressive in that aspect.

Still, it was better than regular mascara in terms of clumping less and applying more naturally. The biggest advantage of this product is its color. Unlike other brands' mascara fixers that turn white and remain visible even after applying mascara on top, this one has a dark navy or almost black shade, which I really liked!

So far, I haven't found anything disappointing about this product while using it.

I'm not one for heavy makeup, so I rarely used mascara. But this one gives a nice, subtle volume boost! It also helps care for my lashes, which is exactly what I was looking for.

1. It has excellent curl retention, 2. it does not clump, and 3. the fiber content makes the lashes look naturally longer. 4. Unlike some competitor fixative products, there is no side effect of the lashes turning white.

The eye area smudges can be easily wiped off with a cotton swab before it dries. Applying multiple light coats can also improve the longevity. I use a Shiseido eyelash curler and then apply this to create longer and prettier lashes!

At first, the curl didn't hold well and it smeared around the edges. Of course, this is a base mascara, so using a regular mascara instead would work better!

Actually, I tried a base mascara instead of applying eye makeup heavily! While it may have less longevity than regular mascara, it can still curl and lengthen the lashes. And it doesn't clump up, which is great!
