It's gentle and non-irritating. After switching all my products to moisturizing ones, the feel is much better. My skin troubles have clearly decreased compared to when I used to do deep cleansing.

Makeup with oil doesn't get cleaned properly with deep cleansing. It's best to avoid using oily products if you want to see the effects.

This is the best place for cleansing milk... Haha it's the best! Especially for those with dry skin, I highly recommend it. I used to have extremely dry skin, but when I use this, my skin doesn't feel tight at all, and it feels like I'm applying lotion generously. (It's not an exaggeration, I'm just honestly sharing my experience) I love it so much 😄 It's really soft and non-irritating. I strongly recommend it to those with sensitive skin. My mom and I have been using it, and it was truly amazing♥♥👍🏻

The downside is that as a student, the price is a bit burdensome. And the ingredients are a little disappointing..ㅠ For those who were hoping for a slightly grainy cleansing experience, you may be disappointed. Lastly, the cleansing power is a bit lacking. After cleansing, it doesn't feel dry. It has a gentle feel and contains oil, so it's not irritating.
Cons
I'm not sure about the cleansing power, so on days when I wear heavy makeup, I use a different cleansing product. And it doesn't seem to work that well for oily skin.

There are no advantages to speak of. It is simply an overpriced piece of garbage. Absolutely do not buy it.
Cons
The cleansing is completely ineffective. Even when wet, it does not wash off, and I had to wipe it off with tissue paper. When I washed my face, the leftover makeup made the cotton pads turn yellow. It is truly the worst. I don't know why they made something like this. Being gentle or whatever doesn't matter if the makeup doesn't wash off properly. There are many other good products out there with gentle formulas and effective makeup removal.
Tip
Not buying it is better for your mental health :D I was just keeping it on the shelf to write a review and then throw it away. Now I'm going to go get rid of it!

To be honest, I'm not sure about the good value for the price. There are many products from road shops that are much better.
Cons
The cleansing power is not great, and the finish after using it is really poor. I use the Dove or mild cleansing foam from the Innisfree blueberry line, and the finish is not sticky and leaves my skin feeling moisturized. But this one just leaves an oily film on my face. After using this, I feel like I have to use a foam cleanser to completely remove the oil. It feels like my face is coated in an oil layer, but it's not even that the cleansing power is good and it's just not removing everything. If at least it was cheap, I could understand, but...

It's not irritating and has a nice fragrance. This is my first time using a cleansing milk, and I'm satisfied with it.

The cleansing power is too weak, and it's too slippery. The price is disappointing...

This product is really not irritating at all! As someone with acne-prone and sensitive skin, I was satisfied with using this product as it was not at all irritating.
Cons
The cleansing power was a bit lacking. While it was not irritating, I was quite unsatisfied with the eye makeup and lip makeup cleansing performance :( It also felt a bit slippery after washing.
