I've been consistently using this emulsion along with the Freeange toner. I had a chance to buy it at a good price, and it turned out to suit my skin better than expected, so I've kept using it. It works so well that I've also purchased the toner and continue to use both. I'm not a fan of overly rich or greasy emulsions, but this product doesn't feel sticky when applied. Instead, it leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated. It might not be suitable for those with very dry skin, but it works great for my super sensitive skin without causing any blemishes. I think I've gone through more than 5 bottles already! There's nothing particularly disappointing about this product. I'm always satisfied with it. I apply it in thin layers multiple times. When I apply too much at once, it seems to absorb more slowly. - ju********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 23, 2022
The ingredients are relatively good. While there are some silicone and petroleum-based components, it contains effective amounts of panthenol, niacinamide, and adenosine, which should help with skin regeneration and brightening. With glycerin and hexanediol as major ingredients, it's generally low-irritation. It's also based on caprylic triglyceride, which inhibits Malassezia growth, making it suitable for oily skin types. I expected a very light texture from the ingredient list, which made me worry about insufficient hydration or needing to use a lot for coverage. However, in practice, I felt no discomfort in terms of moisturizing effect and absorbs. Considering the ingredients, quantity, and price, I think this is an excellent emulsion. It seems they've added silicone-based ingredients for better absorption. Personally, I value clean ingredients over perceived hydration or ease of application, so I would have preferred it without the silicone-based components. I use this product for my body, while I use products with cleaner ingredients for my face. However, this product still has sufficiently good ingredients, comes in a large quantity, and is very affordable, so I plan to continue using it for my body. In my opinion, it's hard to find body-specific products with better ingredients than this one. - an*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedMar 27, 2021
As I entered my mid-40s, I started feeling deep dryness more intensely. Until my 30s, I had combination skin, so I never imagined I'd end up with dry skin. My skin is also mildly super sensitive, so I searched for a hydrating emulsion for dry skin that's free from harmful ingredients, yet not heavy or sticky. After a long search, I finally found this product. 1. It causes absolutely no irritation. 2. It absorbs well and spreads smoothly. Of course, it's not like typical hydrating emulsions that sink in immediately leaving a powdery finish. 3. The hydration lasts long. With this alone, I didn't experience any skin tightness for half a day. 4. The packaging is lightweight. It's disappointing that it's not a pump bottle, but one you have to tilt to dispense, making it difficult to control the amount and less hygienic. I suppose this was unavoidable to keep the product cost down. - me********Combination SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsFeb 14, 2021
Just like the toner, there's nothing special about it... It's basically like a fragrance-free emulsion you'd find in a public bathhouse. It has absolutely no benefits. It doesn't protect the skin, nor does it offer any brightening or anti-aging effects. The more I use it, the worse my skin gets. It absorbs slowly too. I usually have good skin and never heard comments like this before, but after using it for 3 months, people started asking why my skin looked so damaged. It feels like using a generic emulsion from a public bathhouse (just without the scent). - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJan 18, 2021
1. As expected, the ingredients are great, so I can apply it without worry. 2. I didn't experience any blemishes. 1. Since I have very dry skin, I need to apply it several times to feel hydrated. 2. It's a slightly thin emulsion. What if you layer it thinly multiple times? I trust the quality ingredients and keep using it! - d2***Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedDec 9, 2020
I don't usually use emulsions, but after trying this one, I noticed a significant boost in hydration when I applied a layer before my cream. It's become a staple in my routine that I keep repurchasing. It's genuinely gentle and moisturizing. For an emulsion, it absorbs well too! I almost bought Coreana stocks, haha. I absolutely love the Freenge brand. It might be asking for too much, but I wish they'd offer more frequent sales. When you use this followed by the calm cream, it feels as moisturizing as if you've applied an overnight mask. Try using it that way! - Hwahae UserDry SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedDec 1, 2020
I have very dry skin, and this product seems perfect for me as it keeps my skin hydrated for a long time. There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. It's a suitable product for me. I found it even better when I mixed a drop or two of jojoba oil or coconut oil into the emulsion before applying. It works wonders! - ji**********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 6, 2020
I have very dry skin. The reason I bought this product is that I tried the cream and toner from this brand and loved them so much that I decided to buy this regardless of the reviews. I wanted to try the whole line - toner, emulsion, and cream together. Initially, it feels moisturizing when applied, but as time passes, it's not exactly drying, just slightly lacking in hydration. So I applied it twice. At night, I also use a cream. Overall, I'm using it with satisfaction. When you apply it and rub it in with your hands, it can leave a slight white cast. So I roll it until it disappears. This makes some of the moisture evaporate, so it doesn't feel super hydrating. It's more of a firming sensation? I think it works well when used with the Freeange toner and cream! For very dry skin, using the toner and emulsion in the morning, and all three at night should be fine without feeling dry! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinRecommendedApr 24, 2020
A major advantage is the generous amount. It's very fluid, making it easy to apply, and it dries quickly, allowing for seamless layering with other moisturizers. While it feels hydrating when applied, if you layer makeup over it, you'll notice a tightening effect after just 3 hours. Be sure to use a nourishing cream along with it! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedMar 31, 2020
An emulsion containing vitamin B5, excellent for skin protection and hydration. To be honest, I've tried many basic skincare products and a lot of them didn't suit me, so I thought all emulsions were pretty much the same and neglected them. But after using this for the first time, I noticed a difference in my skin texture and complexion the next day. Now I use and love this emulsion even more than cream. After using this, my skin becomes noticeably brighter in the morning, to the point where it's surprising. Maybe it's because it's a vitamin emulsion? It absorbs a bit slowly. It's also slightly oilier compared to other products!
