I love applying it twice and massaging it in before heading to the gym. When I put on my workout clothes after that, I sweat more and it feels great.

It's a bit disappointing that it doesn't come with a spatula, especially since the container is large and meant for long-term use. However, this isn't a major drawback.

I find it works even better when applied before working out. Even during regular use, you can really feel the warming sensation. I use it for exercise and massages. The large size and affordable price make it great value for money. I use it generously without holding back.

Like other creams of this type, avoid applying it to areas where the skin is thin and sensitive, or where joints connect, such as the inner elbows, back of knees, neck, armpits, and groin area. I apply a very thin layer using a spatula to my stomach, waist, upper arms, thighs, and calves about 10 minutes before exercising. You'll feel the effects similar to wearing a sweat suit!

The inconvenience of having to scoop it out of a large container is a bit of a downside. I'm currently using wooden spatulas meant for waxing as a workaround. I wish they also offered a smaller size in a squeezable tube format.

I always use this product before working out, along with taking a booster supplement. It makes me sweat as if I've just taken a shower! The scent is like a mix of orange peel and mint, which I found refreshingly pleasant.

If you accidentally apply it to sensitive areas like the inner elbows or armpits, it can cause redness and a tingling, itchy sensation. Also, I've been using it for almost three months now, but I haven't really noticed any slimming effects.

The absorbs well, making it easy to apply smoothly, and it doesn't have a strong scent. It warms up nicely when applied, so I use it before workouts and sometimes before bed for a massage. Compared to other creams, it seems to soften muscles more quickly.
