The product has a moist, thin application and is really mattifying! I have combination skin that is prone to dryness, and without applying a moisturizer before this product, it can feel a bit tight after a few hours. The longevity is around average, and since it's so mattifying, it doesn't transfer much onto the mask. There's hardly any darkening, and it's quite a bit brighter than the previous 22 shade, so you could even use a 23 shade.
Cons

I'm somewhere in between normal and dry skin, and I bought this product on sale at a cheap price. The advantage is that it comes with a cushion refill at an affordable price, which is great. And for the low price, the coverage turned out nicely and the longevity was decent as well.
Cons
Given the low price, you can't expect high quality. The coverage was a bit weak, and I had to use concealer for bigger blemishes. When my skin was in poor condition, it looked cakey when I applied this.
Tip
I think this would work well on good skin days when you have a solid skincare routine.

The ingredients may not be particularly good, but it seems to work well for me. I used it all the time when I was in school. It's #23, and other brands' #21 is way too pale, so I figured this would be about the same... and I've tried it, and the natural pink tone-up effect makes me feel like a peach. It was good that it applied thinly and moistly. There was an extra refill, so I felt like I received good service..! The lasting power was not bad, and the fixing power was quite good as well. I have dry and sensitive skin. I bought it after hearing it was the best value, and it was really good. It's expressed as if it's blurred and smooth, with good lasting power, and I used it really well in the summer. It's a light cushion, enough to keep two on hand.
Cons
The puff is too cheap and thin... The puff handle part kept sticking to the mirror, which was a hassle.. But it wasn't bad!

The coverage is great, I didn't need to use a separate concealer. It's matte and has good staying power. I have a skin type that tends to get shiny, but this didn't get shiny. It's become my holy grail product.

It doesn't seem like I've ever felt it was heavy even though it's applied thinly! The longevity was also good and the case is totally my style...haha

I bought it thinking I could use it in the summer since it looked blurred and fluffy, but it ended up being a bit too glossy...Since it's summer, I wanted to use something matte and fluffy, but...And unless my skin is really good, I don't think I can get a pretty skin expression. There's also a bit of pore clogging and the unevenness is still visible. The coverage isn't lacking, but it doesn't make my skin look as pretty. And the most important thing for me, the breakouts...After using this cushion, the skin I had worked so hard to restore went back to being problematic again.
