Pros
Even without separate refrigeration, it has good cooling sensation and my skin is immediately soothed, which I like. These days, when the fine dust is severe, I feel like I use it at least once a week.

The feeling was nice - it was moisturizing and calming. However, the visible calming effects were not that great (on blemishes or redness). The cooling sensation made it feel more calming. After rinsing it off, the moisturizing and slippery feeling was good.
