Pros
The eyes don't feel irritated, The cleansing is thorough and effective, There is no tightness or dryness, It melts away pores and sebum very well. I think the cleansing oil can do everything it claims to do.

The packaging seems a bit weak.. Even after twisting the cap closed, it still leaks out a bit.

Since it's gentle, there's no stinging or burning sensation even when it gets in the eyes. 💗Light Feeling It's not too heavy and can be used for a light cleansing! I don't prefer products that feel too thick and leave a residue on the skin, but this one feels lightweight, which I liked.

🥲Cleansing Power It's a bit disappointing. Even after rubbing several times, makeup like mascara doesn't come off easily. 🥲Pumping Issue When I first purchased it, the pumping didn't work and the inner tube(?) had come out. I put it back in and used it, but then it stopped coming out altogether... In the end, I had to exchange it, but even the replacement had an issue where the product came out too strongly...

The waterproof products are all easily removed. It doesn't sting the eyes and feels gentle. I'm on my fourth or fifth repurchase and still using it.

Personally, I like lightweight cleansing oils, and the viscosity was just right for my preference. It didn't cause any breakouts, and it removed my makeup well without irritating my eyes. It faithfully fulfills the basic functions of a cleansing oil and is quite reliable.
Cons
The fragrance was really not great... It's hard to describe, but it had a kind of astringent (?) herbal scent. Even though it's fragrance-free, I wonder why they would use such a fragrance. You do get used to it over time, but the fragrance makes me unlikely to repurchase.

The blackhead removal works really well!! I bought it specifically for blackhead removal and was quite satisfied. It also removes makeup very well - even waterproof mascara comes off completely without irritating my eyes.
Cons
I'm not sure if it's because it doesn't suit my skin or some other issue, but I noticed more trouble around the sides of my nose and a bit more oiliness on my face... But this seems to be an individual case, so just take it as a reference. For blackhead removal, it's really great!
