It's perfect for applying at school since it doesn't look like you're wearing makeup. The coverage is a bit light, but that's typical for BB creams, so I didn't mind. The staying power is poor and it tends to clump. It clumps excessively on the face and applies unevenly. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinJan 21, 2020
This product is one I truly adore, but unfortunately it only comes in one shade. I was quite taken aback when I first went to buy it, but having had such a great experience with Peripera's Ink series cushion, I decided to splurge on the BB cream too! This product feels like it might be too drying for those with dry skin, but the texture seems perfect for those with oily skin. It applies smoothly at first, and once it sets, the adherence is remarkable! Notably, this product does an excellent job as a primer, effectively minimizing pores and controlling excess oil. It's also fantastic at neutralizing redness! There are some drawbacks to using this as your primary product. I typically apply it selectively after my cushion foundation, using it like a concealer to cover redness, fill in pores, and mattify oily areas. However, it doesn't wear off gracefully. For those who use dewier cushions, this could be a great spot treatment, but as I mentioned earlier, it leaves something to be desired as a main product. Particularly, it tends to clump if not applied quickly, and while it fills pores well, it can settle into lines around the nose and smile lines. Once set, it looks beautiful, but touch-ups are tricky - you often need to remove and reapply completely, which can be quite inconvenient. Pro tip: Use a damp beauty sponge from Daiso to pat the product in - it significantly reduces settling into lines around the nose and smile lines! And as mentioned above, it works best when used as a concealer on top of your cushion foundation rather than as your primary base product.
