  I love the refreshing scent, and when applied, I can feel my complexion becoming subtly brighter

  Cons

  When my skin is dry, it tends to pill or sit on top of the skin like sunscreen. As for wrinkle improvement, I'm not entirely convinced

  1. The scent isn't overpowering, making it pleasant to use. 2. When applied all over the face, it temporarily brightens the complexion

  Cons

  At first, I thought it was a whitening moisturizer and applied too much. It made my face look excessively pale and caused pilling. Also, the more I applied, the drier my skin felt. Now, I use it sparingly on my forehead and cheeks after sunscreen or before bed, which works better.

  Pros

  It absorbs well and in the morning, I'm surprised - was my skin always this good? It makes my bare face look pretty. I was planning to buy a brightening moisturizer, but I'm going to replace it with this product. I've been using it for less than a month, so I'm not sure about the effects yet. Seeing other reviews, quite a few people say it's effective, so I'm going to keep using it consistently. The container is small and seems hygienic to use.

  Cons

  It's a serum, but when I apply cream over it, it pills a bit and turns whitish. The evening of the skin tone is nice, but it makes the order of skincare steps ambiguous... I ended up moving it to the final step of my skincare routine.

  Pros

  I bought this after seeing it on a home shopping channel, where they claimed it was good for dark spots. While I'm not sure about its effect on dark spots, it seems to quickly fade newer blemish marks.

  Cons

  It can be drying, and if you apply too much, it doesn't absorb well. When used with other products, for some reason it pills - I'm not sure which product is causing it.

  Pros

  As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I found this wasn't overly sticky despite my oily tendencies. It naturally evens skin tone and seems to help treat blemishes on my face (or is that just my imagination?)

  Cons

  Well... it's on the pricier side, and I noticed some pilling. But as I have combination dehydrated skin, it became increasingly drying over time, causing my skin to crack and seemingly clog my pores.

  Pros

  I bought a bunch when it was on sale on home shopping. The price is really affordable. It brightens up your complexion as soon as you apply it!

  Cons

  The white cast is quite noticeable, which makes me feel a bit uncomfortable. Also, it pills quite badly. I don't plan to repurchase this. I'm using it mostly on my neck because when I apply it to my face, it makes my makeup look cakey.

  Pros

  I liked that it's a base product with brightening effects. The absorption is decent, though it could be better. Personally, I enjoyed the scent - a fresh minty fragrance? It instantly brightens your complexion, giving you a radiant look. Despite my sensitive skin, I haven't experienced any blemishes yet. I'm hoping to see some whitening effects with continued use, but I'll need to keep applying to know for sure.

  Cons

  You need to apply a sufficient amount of base product first for it to spread well without pilling. If you apply too much, it can leave a white cast. Using this alone might feel moisturizing at first, but it becomes dry after a while. And if you try to layer other skincare or creams on top, it pills like crazy. You have to pat it in gently with some time between layers. It's so frustrating on busy mornings!

  Tip

  If you apply a hydrating base first and then layer this product on top, it seems to absorb better and spread more easily. Gently patting it in also seems to help with absorption.

  Pros

  Thanks to its creamy white color, it has a complexion-enhancing effect. On regular days, I can just apply this with sunscreen, skipping makeup, and it seems to cover blemishes nicely.

  It tends to pill a bit, so you need to pat it in with your palms for quite a while.
