It's the only product I've found that has a light texture, is easy to apply, and helps with brightening and pore management. I highly recommend it! Absorption: It absorbs like water without any stickiness, feeling more like a clear toner than a serum. The lightweight texture makes it suitable even for oily and blemish-prone skin. No blemishes: As someone with sensitive skin that easily breaks out with the wrong products, this serum doesn't cause any blemishes. Texture improvement and pore management: It refines skin texture, making it feel smooth, and gives the impression of managing pores. I love this serum so much that I'm on my 5th bottle, purchased with my own money. On hot summer days, when my skin is extra oily, or when I don't feel like applying anything, I just use an exfoliating toner followed by this. It's perfect for those who dislike stickiness and oiliness.
ConsDue to its high concentration, layering or applying too much can cause redness and hive-like reactions, especially around the delicate eye area. I recommend applying it lightly in a single layer. Sometimes, when I've applied too much out of eagerness, I've experienced blemishes or hive-like reactions around my eyes. Those with dry skin might find it a bit drying, so mixing it with a moisturizing cream could be beneficial. After applying the serum, focus on hydrating and moisturizing! Especially if you apply a lot around the nose and cheeks for pore management, the area around your nostrils might become dry, so be sure to control the amount.

After applying this serum and patting it in (the texture is very watery), I put on another ampoule and looked in the mirror. Suddenly, my skin felt strangely tight and painful. As I looked closer, I noticed the areas where I applied this niacinamide serum were swelling up, especially on my cheeks. I never had this issue with The Ordinary's 10% Niacinamide, so if Sidmool wants to make functional skincare, they should either stabilize it properly or use higher quality ingredients. I'm at a loss for what this product is supposed to do. Apparently, when extracting niacinamide, nicotinic acid is produced as a byproduct. This nicotinic acid can cause irritation, a burning sensation, and potential side effects. That's why it's crucial to use high-quality niacinamide that doesn't contain nicotinic acid residue when formulating skincare products. Also, they added 2% arbutin to this serum, but arbutin is known to be one of the most unstable brightening ingredients, so it needs to be properly stabilized. Sidmool really needs to step up their game. It's not just me - my sister, who used it at the same time, also experienced swelling. This is absolutely maddening!
ConsFrom early August to now in September, my skin has been constantly swollen and breaking out like crazy. I've been using Sidmool products successfully for half a year, but after experiencing side effects from this product, none of the other Sidmool products I used to love work for me anymore. I'm planning to return everything for a refund.
TipUsing these so-called brightening products is pointless. A pro tip: instead of wasting money on these, save up and visit a dermatologist. Some reviews claim it has good brightening effects, but I suspect you'd need to use several bottles over a few years to see any results. And then there are the side effects...

ConsIt's definitely not suitable for sensitive skin. I didn't see any significant results, and after using about half the bottle, I noticed my face actually became more prone to redness.
TipHmm... I'm not quite sure what to think.
