* Review after 30+ days of use * Skin type: Sensitive, acne-prone * Reason for purchase: Enticed by marketing claims like 'Acne-soothing foam cleanser', '30-day miracle', and 'AHA, BHA, PHA benefits for skin' - phrases that appeal to those with blemish-prone skin. * Key ingredients: Mugwort extract, tea tree leaf water, centella asiatica extract, and standardized centella extract. (I also appreciated that it excludes 20 potentially harmful ingredients like benzophenone-3, sorbic acid, and propyl paraben.) * Volume/Price: 100ml/30,000 KRW Checked the Some By Mi website and noticed the price has significantly dropped to 11,400 KRW. * Packaging: Tube type, allowing for economical use till the last drop * Scent: Toothpaste-like * Usage experience: Produces sufficient foam and leaves skin feeling refreshed after cleansing. Gives a squeaky clean feeling, almost to the point where skin feels a bit dry if you don't follow up with toner and emulsion. Noticed an improvement in blemishes. However, as it's a functional cosmetic rather than a preventative or treatment product, new blemishes still appear (lol). * Possibly due to the tea tree ingredient, if I put on contact lenses without rewashing my hands with soap after using the product, my eyes feel slightly irritated. (I get the same sensation when trying to remove eye gunk.) * Since I experienced some irritation, I'm skeptical about their marketing claims of being non-irritating based on clinical results. Recommend using it together with Some By Mi's basic skincare line: Miracle Toner, Miracle Serum, and Miracle Cream. - js*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedMay 19, 2022
It helps with exfoliating dead skin cells and is suitable for skin with blemishes. It seems to be gentle enough for sensitive skin as well. The product is so good that I haven't found any drawbacks so far. - fo*****Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRecommendedMay 17, 2022
Produces a lot of foam even without a foam net. When applied to the face, it gives a refreshing and cooling sensation without being irritating. It feels like it's removing dead skin cells. Since it's not an aggressive exfoliating product, it might be just my imagination, but it seems to prevent new small blemishes from forming. The price? It seems a bit expensive. I saw on Coupang they were selling sample toners in pairs. I wish they'd sell just the foam cleanser separately at a lower price. A little goes a long way in creating foam. Just use a small amount to lather up and apply to your face for best results. - ha********Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 13, 2022
I loved how it lathered up so well. After washing, my face felt really clean. It felt slippery while washing, so I had to use a lot of water to rinse it off. After cleansing, my skin felt tight. - ju*******Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJan 15, 2022
It lathers up nicely with just a small amount and feels gentle on the skin, which I really like I haven't used it long enough to tell if it's effective for improving blemishes - ki*************Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedDec 17, 2021
It paired exceptionally well with the Manyo Factory cleansing oil. Since it contains BHA, it should complement any cleansing oil nicely. The scent was a bit disappointing at first, but after continued use, I've grown accustomed to it and now find it refreshing. Overall, the product itself is simply excellent. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedOct 30, 2021
It seems to be great for acne-prone skin. I haven't been using it for long, but I've already noticed a reduction in my small blemishes! The price seems a bit high for the amount you get. It's probably best to stock up when it's on sale. - jp**********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedSep 14, 2021
This is the cleanest foam cleanser I've ever used. It's top-notch in terms of cleansing effectiveness, soothing, and hydration However, it's on the pricier side for a foam cleanser - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedAug 9, 2021
My skin was struggling with acne, but this product really helped clear it up Oddly enough, the amount seems a bit small... I used it up pretty quickly.. - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinApr 25, 2021
The fragrance was pleasant. It gave me that squeaky clean feeling. That's about all I can say for it. Among all the cleansers I've used, those that left a squeaky clean feeling always caused issues. Sure enough, I broke out in tiny bumps all over. I used to enjoy the Innisfree Blueberry Cleanser, and I was using Zeroid Pimprove. I thought I'd try something different, but my blemishes actually got worse.
