This product has the most amazing lightweight application! It feels as light as a cloud... This is my most beloved product from the Water Drench collection... The toner is water-based and... The serum gets absorbed completely... This cream has a bit of oiliness... As I have combination skin, I use a lot of oil-free products... But this seems to balance the oil and moisture well... After cleansing and applying the skin toner, just using this cream alone keeps me hydrated all day... It's great when I'm too lazy to apply multiple products... However, if you apply too much, it can feel a bit oily, so a light application is best... Sometimes I just use the serum when doing my makeup. It's probably an expensive price... Even in the US, PTR is considered a premium brand... I usually only buy it when their website has sales... Or I get it from Costco online... I tried the sample and was pleasantly surprised at how great it was. I had been using Clinique's Pink Moisture Cream and Kiehl's Moisture Cream, but since this was a different type of cream, I really liked the feeling - it was incredibly moisturizing, had great spreadability, and kept my skin hydrated for a long time. I have a face that's prone to breakouts, but even though this was the first time I tried the cream, my skin looked great and I didn't have any issues with blemishes. I usually only need to use a product once to know if it works for me, so I definitely recommend testing it out before purchasing. I'm still not entirely sure about it yet, but so far it's been good. The fragrance was fine as well. The reason I took off a star is that I haven't used it for an extended period of time. If I were to purchase it and use it for a month or two, I could probably better evaluate how much I like or dislike it and make any necessary adjustments to my review.
