The scent isn't very pleasant.. It kind of smells like something from a hospital..

When I tested it on my hand, and also when I applied it to my face, it stung.. Even as I'm writing this review, I can still feel the stinging;;

#Cleansing Power
The cleansing power is on the weaker side, so one application isn't enough.. You have to use a cleansing foam as well to get it completely removed! The test photos are of eyeliner, eyebrow, and tint.

It has a soft feel when applied.
Since it is a lotion-type product, unless you rub it on too hard, it doesn't seem to cause much irritation!

When rinsing off the product, using a mesh cotton pad rather than a regular cotton pad can provide a more thorough cleansing.
If you do decide to purchase it, it's better to buy the smaller size and repurchase more often.
Personally, I don't wear heavy makeup very often, so I don't go through the product too quickly, but the formula does seem to get more watery over time (especially at the bottom of the tub).

Hmm...while the product does feel gentle on my skin, it stings quite a bit if it gets in my eyes..😂

As I was writing the review, I learned about the ingredients, and they don't seem that great, so with this level of cleansing power and those ingredients, I don't think I'll be purchasing a third tub!

The strong recommendation from the Lush staff member led me to purchase the Nine to Five product, almost forcefully (😅).
When the staff member demonstrated it on the back of my hand, I was surprised by how moisturizing the finish was.
After using it myself, it is just as moisturizing as the demonstration, and most importantly, the ingredients feel very gentle on my skin, so I've been using up two whole tubs of it~

I use this as a lip and eye makeup remover first, then roll it on my face and wipe it off with cotton pads. That way, most of my makeup comes off. Then I do a second cleanse with a cleansing oil like Colface, which works perfectly...
Everyone should skip the expensive Japanese Lush products and just order the UK version at half the price!

It's a bit runny, so it sometimes spills... And it's expensive, so it feels like a waste.

I usually have sensitive skin, so using cleansing oils and waters would make my skin feel irritated. But after trying this product for 3 times as a sample, I loved it so much that I ordered the 240g size directly. Personally, I didn't experience any skin irritation or breakouts, and it removes makeup really well, so I'll keep using it!

Don't expect strong cleansing power from this product. Use it on days when you're not wearing makeup!
For reference, when I want to use this for makeup removal, I do the following:
1. Remove color cosmetics with an eye makeup remover
2. Wipe off with a cleansing water
3. Gently wipe with the Nine to Five and rinse with water
Or:
1. Remove color cosmetics with an eye makeup remover
2. Gently wipe with the Nine to Five
3. Finish with a cleansing foam!

The cleansing power is weak... Everything else is good, but the weak cleansing ability is a letdown. As a cleansing product, it's not able to remove makeup at all - it's about as effective as regular soap. If you're looking for a proper cleansing product, I wouldn't recommend this one.

I wonder why they designed the product packaging this way? It's just inconvenient, and when there's not much product left, it's hard to get it out. Plus, it takes up a lot of space.

The Lush products are generally very gentle, making them a great brand for my sensitive skin. This product is also gentle and did not irritate my skin :) By the way, I have sensitive skin with redness, so even a little irritation can make my skin turn red quickly.

The lotion has a thin, watery texture that can be smoothed onto the skin without any irritation.

While it's a bit disappointing that the product contains fragrance, the scent is nice... Lush products often draw me in with their appealing fragrances, and even though I'm sensitive to scents, this one has a natural, forest-like aroma that I enjoy!

At 15,000 won for 100ml, the price-to-value ratio is good. Cleansing products that require foaming or have an oil-based formula tend to get used up quickly, but this lotion/milk-type cleanser lasts a long time, even with daily use. I was able to finish it within the expiration date.

It doesn't seem to come off easily..? I think it would be good to use when doing light makeup, but my sister said the color didn't come off at all for her, even though I'm usually fine with light makeup

I was using this, but then I found a vegan cleansing lotion with better cleansing power and switched to that.

It's gentle. I have sensitive skin, so I usually break out if a product doesn't suit me, but I didn't have any issues with this and ended up using two bottles.

I used it together with the Lush Cool Face, it's great.

Those who are lazy won't be able to use it....
First, if you do heavy makeup, you'll need to use a lip and eye makeup remover separately.
Since the ingredients are good, it's difficult to remove heavy makeup, haha.

When you wipe it off with a damp cotton pad, if you scrub too hard, it can actually irritate and cause you to use more product.
If you use a cheap cotton pad, it can leave fuzz and threads that make your face itchy, ugh.

And double cleansing is a must!
