Dior Addict Lip Maximizer Glossy Lip Plumper [009 Holo Purple]

I really like using this Lip Maximizer Hyaluronic Lip Plumper💋 It comes in a variety of colors, so I have different ones. The sponge tip makes it easy to apply, and you can layer it without it feeling heavy or clumping. The gloss formula with hyaluronic acid is said to provide up to 24 hours of moisture, keeping my lips feeling soft all day. Although I'm not sure about the 24-hour claim, it does instantly hydrate my lips and leaves a refreshing, addictive minty sensation. Even with just one layer, there's a subtle pearly, holographic-like shimmer and a beautiful glossy finish.

To be honest, my face has become a bit dull and discolored from drinking, so the color really doesn't suit me at all. It just doesn't work with my bare skin. But with makeup, it's fine.🤢 So unless I'm wearing full makeup, I'd recommend avoiding this on my sallow, yellowish complexion.

The Dior Lip Plumper and Lip Maximizer can be used alone (though they don't suit me), but I like to use them as a primer before applying lipstick. Just dab it on and lightly blot, and the lipstick will apply beautifully.👍🏻 Or you can layer the Dior Addict Lip Glow in the same color, then add this Lip Maximizer on top to really plump up the lips. I often just keep piling on different lip products, one after the other, until I get the look I want.💄

✨This is a review of a product I purchased and used myself (my own money, my own opinion)✨ *Overall: A great product that gives excellent volume to the lips 1. Volume The Dior Maximizer really does add volume to the lips. Even though my lips are not particularly thick, I noticed about a 1.5x increase in volume when using this product. I tend to wear it on important occasions - it's definitely more effective than other products I've tried. 2. Amount The amount lasts and lasts! I even received a mini version to use alongside the full size, but I barely made a dent in the mini before the full size was still going strong. The price is high, but since you don't need to buy it often, it's not too bad.

1. Unflattering Color The color has a slightly silvery tone, which gives it a bit of an outdated feel. It's one of the more muted shades in the Maximizer range, and while testing it out I had planned to buy a different color. The other shades seem brighter and more flattering, so be sure to check the colors carefully! 2. Price Dior is... very expensive. The price for a lip product is really quite high, making it a significant investment. 3. Sticky Texture Like most volumizing lip products, this one has a slightly sticky feel that can be unpleasant. You also have to be careful with application, as it can cause the lips to peel or get that 'yogurt' effect if not managed properly.
