I used it based on the recommendation from the skin care salon. I normally use it with the foam toner bottle. I'm not sure if there were any major effects, but it was generally fine. Sometimes I would soak a cotton pad with the toner, put it in the fridge for 5 minutes, then apply it all over my face. After 10 minutes, I would gently pat it in. This was really great for reducing redness and soothing my skin.
