It's not too matte, has just the right amount of coverage, and applies naturally. The color is so beautiful, it's my holy grail cushion foundation! There's absolutely nothing bad to say about this product!

Review: After always using foundation, it's been a while since I've tried a cushion product. I was worried if it would have as much coverage as foundation or if it would look less made-up. Since I've been using Double Wear, which has good coverage and is matte... But the NARS cushion has good coverage, feels moisturizing, and applies lightly. It's supposed to be a matte cushion, but...?! Maybe because I'm used to Double Wear, it feels very hydrating to me. For those who sometimes want a lighter makeup look but still need good coverage, this might be worth trying. As you can see from my bare face photo in my previous review, I have very yellow skin. I couldn't give up on looking radiant, so I bought the Seoul shade, which is said to be very bright, but it doesn't look unnatural. It even covers the redness around my nose naturally with just a light touch. The price...? Despite its semi-matte formula, it applies smoothly without causing dryness or patchiness. The staying power is excellent, making it my go-to product. I switched to this after my beloved Aqua Glow Cushion was discontinued, and even though the texture is completely different, I'm loving it! The color is a beautiful light pink base that gives a lovely brightening effect. I absolutely adore NARS base products to the point where I exclusively use their brand - it's perfect for my skin. For my go-out look, I use NARS foundation in Siberia and their concealer in Chantilly. I bought this for touch-ups since it's a hassle to carry a separate puff when I'm out. NARS truly lives up to its reputation... Even when I apply it over areas where my makeup has worn off due to my mask, it blends seamlessly without any pilling, and the color match is spot-on. As someone with super sensitive skin prone to blemishes, I didn't experience any irritation. Plus, the case is so chic, making it a pleasure to use for touch-ups when I'm out and about. While the price might seem a bit steep, I find it's worth every penny. As someone with super sensitive skin, I'm using this without any adverse reactions. It doesn't seem to cause much patchiness or caking either. The coverage seems to be lacking, unfortunately. On days when I use the NARS cushion, I find myself doing a lot more touch-ups throughout the day.

It applies smoothly, except when my skin condition was poor. Even though I have oily skin, it didn't sit on top of my skin. The price is a bit high for the amount you get. I thought a semi-matte finish would suit me better than a glow, and this cushion seemed perfect for summer use. When I tried it, I noticed a significant difference in how my skin looked. There was hardly any scent, and it felt like it was made for my skin. While it's not full coverage, the coverage is quite decent. I used to be a cushion nomad, but I've been using this one exclusively for a month. The case design is simple, which I love, and unlike other round cushions, this one uniquely comes in a square case. The refill price is wickedly expensive - that's really the only downside I can think of. It's a bit disappointing that you have to buy the refill and case separately when making your first purchase. Coverage - Excellent for a cushion! One of the best I've used. Longevity - Honestly, it lasts a few hours, not all day. Hydration - In winter, it feels slightly matte after application, just past dewy. Design - The square shape is lovely. Color - It's bright and even a small amount changes your complexion. The more you apply, the brighter it gets! The longevity is a bit disappointing... It can't quite match the staying power of BB creams, unfortunately. I have darker skin with vitiligo, so I use cosmetics lighter than my natural tone. Applying cushion over BB cream enhances both coverage and longevity. My skin isn't extremely dry or sensitive, just a bit on the dry side, so using this with a moderately hydrating BB cream works well! The cushion has decent coverage, making it great for touch-ups too.
