The price is a bit steep... but other than that, I think I used it well.

The white formula has a pleasant scent and provides good hydration. While using it, I felt like my complexion was becoming clearer.

The cleansing effectiveness is a bit weak. I have to use it twice when I'm wearing heavy makeup. Unfortunately, it doesn't lather well either, so I need to squeeze out quite a bit of product.

It's not irritating at all, and my skin feels so soft after using it. While it might not be ideal for those who prefer that squeaky-clean feeling, it's perfect for my sensitive skin. No blemishes or tingling sensation - I love it!

The cleansing power of this product is incredibly strong. It's particularly effective at removing eye and lip makeup without the need for separate removers - it leaves your skin perfectly clean.

I tried it for the first time, and while removing my makeup with this cleanser, I experienced an unpleasant burning sensation. The next day, I developed a rash that spread across my cheeks and forehead. It seems to be due to an allergic reaction to one of the ingredients. If you have super sensitive skin, I strongly advise against using this product.

I can't really find any faults. For a product in this category, I think it's excellent.

The rich lather is luxurious, and despite being from the white line, it's surprisingly gentle on the skin. I have sensitive combination skin, and this works well for me.

I've been using this product for a really long time, probably over 5 years. But every year, my skin became drier and more sensitive with each cleanse. Eventually, my face completely broke out, and I even developed dermatitis. Out of curiosity, I analyzed the ingredients and was shocked by the harmful components. I also use their UV Expert BB cream... Among all the cosmetics I use, Lancome products have by far the worst ingredients. I'm amazed my skin held up for so long. I won't be purchasing this again. They should stop raising prices for products with such questionable ingredients.

The brightening moisturizer seems to work... My complexion has become somewhat brighter since I started using it. The fragrance is also pleasant, though that probably means it contains a fair amount of perfume.

Of course it's whitening because of the sunscreen ingredients. I've used dozens of these without knowing that until now, ugh.

I don't understand why they put sunscreen ingredients in the cleansing foam to make it appear whiter. I'm using the foam cleanser to remove the sunscreen, but now I'm just applying more sunscreen. The ingredients are also seriously bad.

It is soft and moisturizing. It seems to whiten the skin, but that's because it contains sunscreen ingredients.

I used about 30g that I received as a sample after purchasing a different product from Lancome, and it was effective! My complexion looked brighter, and even my mom asked if my face looked whiter in the morning (haha). The fragrance was also nice!
