When my skin condition was not good, I used it and it stung terribly.

It has a pleasant scent and lasts quite a long time. There is a separate one for dry skin.

It was great because it was moisturizing and above all, the makeup came off easily. Even the hair dye that got on my skin after dyeing washed off quite well.

The price is a bit on the higher side, though the product volume is quite generous.

I've repurchased this product several times because I really enjoy using it. The foundation coverage was removed quite well, but I'm surprised to see so many caution ingredients listed on the Hwahae Trial Reviewer app. The subtle fragrance was also nice, and the smooth application during rolling was a standout feature.

I have to apply and wipe it off two or three times before there's no residue left on the cotton pad. It's a bit of a hassle to pump it 2-3 times each time I cleanse. It feels like I'm using it up quickly, but since it's a large-sized product, it lasts for several months.

My skin has combination-type dryness, so it gets shiny quickly. I'm more concerned about the dryness than the oily parts. I've used Bioderma products for about 5-6 bottles, and then switched to the Lancome cleansing lotion about half a year ago. The cleansing is effective, and it feels gentle when I wipe it off with cotton pads. As the dry season is approaching, I'm planning to get a new one soon.

This was truly the worst cleansing product. The more I applied it, the more my face started breaking out and stinging...side effects started appearing, and I got the sense that it had really harsh ingredients.. I almost cried because it was such a waste of money. I ended up shoving it in a corner, and when I noticed it had gone rancid, I just threw it away.

The only good thing about it seems to have been the fragrance. The signature Lancôme scent was really nice. The texture was also smooth, and the bottle was pretty..

This product is a primary cleansing product, and a secondary cleansing product must be used as well.

The disappointing part was that it felt less cleansing than the cleansing oil. Being someone with problematic skin, I couldn't shake off the feeling that it was accelerating my breakouts, as there were many ingredients that are not good for troubled skin. Additionally, there are now many affordable and better-formulated primary cleansing products available on the market, so I wonder if this product is truly worth using.

This is Lancôme's cleansing milk labeled as 'GALATEE CONFORT(?)'. While I purchased it quite some time ago, I've been using it alongside cleansing water, cleansing oil, and cleansing cream, going through a cleansing routine phase, so the actual period of use is around 3 months. The positive aspect was that it was more moisturizing than expected. As a cleansing milk, it had better moisture content compared to the cleansing cream I had been using previously, and it was also a large-capacity product. The hygienic pump packaging was good, and the container itself was designed elegantly, which made me feel good.

When I checked Hwahae, I was disappointed to see that there are too many allergy-causing and cautionary ingredients. I thought there wouldn't be any bad ingredients since it works well for me...

This product gently cleanses my sensitive, troubled skin. I've been using it with cotton pads about 2 times.

 While using this product, my face became extremely itchy and developed unsightly red spots, so I wondered if the cleanser or something else was the problem. But I knew the issue wasn't with other products, as my cleansers and toners had always been the same.
I really hoped Lancôme wouldn't betray me.
Even for a washing product, the residual traces left on the skin can apparently cause such severe itchiness... I've tried countless products, but I can confidently say this is just garbage for me.

 To put it simply, they say that as long as the hazardous ingredients are used within the nationally-set trace limits, it's fine, but they've made sure to thoroughly educate that it's not always the case. (sarcasm)
Lancôme's signature rose scent is nice, though..
