When I used it while my skin was in poor condition, it caused an intense tingling sensation.

I was surprised to see so many cautionary ingredients listed on the Hwahae app. It's made me reconsider my opinion of this product.

I suppose the price might be a bit on the higher side, even though you do get a generous amount of product.

I've repurchased this product several times because I love how it feels. It effectively removes foundation while keeping my skin hydrated. The subtle fragrance is pleasant, and it feels incredibly gentle during the cleansing process. It's characterized by its smooth application.

It's a bit tedious as I need to apply, wipe off, and repeat about three times before the cotton pad comes away clean. Having to pump 2-3 times for each application is also a bit annoying. It feels like I'm using it up quickly, but the large size actually lasts for several months.

I have combination dehydrated skin with a T-zone that gets oily quickly, but my main concern is dryness rather than oiliness. After using about 5-6 bottles of Bioderma products, I switched to Lancôme's cleansing emulsion about half a year ago. It cleanses well and feels gentle, so it seems less irritating when I wipe it off with a cotton pad. As I'm almost finished with the bottle and the dry season is approaching, I'm planning to stock up on a new one soon.

This was truly the worst cleansing experience ever. As I applied it, my face started to develop blemishes and a tingling sensation... It felt like harsh ingredients were causing side effects. I almost cried over wasting my money. I ended up shoving it in a corner until it went bad and had to throw it away.

The only redeeming quality was the fragrance. I really loved Lancôme's signature scent. The texture was smooth, and the bottle was pretty too.

This product is a first-step cleanser, and it's essential to follow up with a second-step cleanser.

The downside was that it felt less effective in cleansing compared to cleansing oils. As someone with blemish-prone skin, I couldn't shake the feeling that its ingredients, which aren't ideal for troubled skin, were exacerbating my blemishes. Moreover, with the market now offering more affordable cleansing products with better ingredients, I question whether this product has any unique merits that make it a must-have.

Lancôme's cleansing milk, labeled as GALATEE CONFORT, is a product I've owned for quite some time. However, due to my cleansing experimentation phase with various products, I've only been using it for about 3 months. What I appreciated was its unexpected hydration. As a cleansing milk, it provided better moisture than my previous cleansing creams, and it came in a generous size. The hygienic pump dispenser was a plus, and the luxurious design of the bottle itself was a mood-lifter.

I'm disappointed to see on Hwahae that there are so many allergens and ingredients to be cautious about. I thought it was working well for me, so I assumed there weren't any harmful ingredients...

As someone with sensitive, blemish-prone skin, I find this cleanses gently and effectively. I typically use it twice with a cotton pad.

The pump on my previous bottle was slightly faulty. It might be good to reduce the amount dispensed a bit.

I love how it leaves my skin feeling moisturized after cleansing. I tried other products after finishing this one, but I eventually came back to it. The large quantity makes it last a long time, so it doesn't feel expensive. One bottle lasted me about 10 months. Even though I have super sensitive skin, it doesn't cause any blemishes.

Despite that, the cleansing effectiveness is disappointingly low. Even after wiping multiple times, foundation residue still shows up on the tissue. Given its hefty price tag, you end up using a lot. The emulsion leaves a residue when rinsing, making double cleansing a must. Ironically, even with all that scrubbing, I always ended up with excess sebum in my pores when using this.

The luxurious scent and cool texture really lift my spirits. Compared to other cleansing emulsions, it's not overly rich.
