First of all, it is way too painful compared to other exfoliators. I absolutely cannot use it for sensitive skin. Wiping my face with a washcloth is actually less painful. Great for exfoliating! It leaves a smooth, soft feeling after use. The effects seem quite good. Use it two to three times a week, be sure to rinse thoroughly with cold water, and always apply sunscreen afterwards! That's how effective it is. Your skin texture will definitely be improved!
