I have dry, sensitive skin. I'm using this cleanser very satisfactorily. It's good for morning cleansing. Non-irritating, gentle cleansing. There's no tightness or irritation after use. I haven't tried removing makeup with this, but I think I'd need to double or triple cleanse with it. It's that mild.

The product's performance is satisfactory, and the pumping mechanism works well, dispensing the liquid. However, the disappointing aspect is the leaky formula, which feels wasteful and messy. While using the product, a bit more comes out than needed, causing it to drip.

Around mid-April, I used the powdered cleansing powder I had been using regularly, but my eyes became irritated and itchy, so I thought about the gentlest cleanser I've ever used and remembered Esnature, so I placed an order. After using it, I can't say enough - it's the epitome of gentleness. This is the cleanser that always comes to mind when my skin is sensitive.
Cons
There was a slight disappointment that it lacked aroma and was not bold, and a wish for a slightly refreshing fragrance, but it seems to be a matter of personal preference.
Tip
I put water and one pump of cleanser in a bubble container, generated the foam, and then applied the foam to my face. The foam had a much denser consistency, which I found to be very nice.
