I used to just remove them with a foot file every time I showered, but I really liked this peeling spray because it can remove dead skin cells without soaking for a long time. After using it, my feet might not be as soft as a baby's, but they feel smooth and nice.
ConsWhen I'm barefoot all day, the dead skin cells seem to come back quickly even after removal. I guess it depends on your feet! I'll need to use it more often in the summer. ----- Additional thoughts after using for about a month... More drawbacks have emerged. When using it by hand, you don't get that satisfying feeling of thorough exfoliation like with a foot file. I've noticed a downside similar to using a foot file... The areas where the dead skin cells didn't come off initially now feel rough and raised. One way or another, it doesn't give you baby-soft feet like the ads claim... Maybe I scrubbed too hard? I'll have to try a gentler approach next time...
TipUsing a foot file works better for removal than just using your hands.
