  Pros

  1. Instant results Despite being a bit runny for a treatment, it spreads well even with a small amount and immediately smooths the hair. It's amazing. 2. Fragrance Isn't the scent the essence of this brand? I thought the Moist Treatment's fruit (apple & berry) scent might be too sweet, but it's light and refreshing. I look forward to washing my hair every day! 3. Pump This is my personal preference, but I love products that don't require much force to pump. My previous treatment had a stiff pump that was hard to use. Switching to this one has been a delight in that aspect. The shampoo from the same line is also quite fluid, making it easy to pump out.

  Cons

  1. Availability It's sold in limited Lotte outlets, mostly online, which narrows the purchasing options. Accessibility is an issue. 2. The price increased slightly when launched in Korea, which is disappointing considering it's not as expensive in Japan. While imported products are usually pricier, I wonder if a slightly lower price point would have been better. 3. Volume Perhaps it's because I only used the Moist product, but it tends to weigh the hair down a bit. Recommended for those with very thick hair, others might want to think twice. 4. Oiliness You only need to use a tiny amount. If you use too much, it can make your hair greasy. A little goes a long way and still provides great results.
