As for the scent, it's a subtle, almost ointment-like fragrance - what I'd call a typical 'hydrogel scent'. It's not overpowering, which is nice. There's nothing particularly bad about them. If I had to nitpick, it's a bit tricky to separate them from the container at first. But I think that's common with most hydrogel products. Apply four patches to your eye area and nasolabial folds, go about your day, and remove them when you're done.
