When it was first released, I purchased it at the Lotte Department Store main branch for 89,000 won for a 40ml bottle. The price was higher than Lancome's sunscreen, but I trusted it since it was the world's first PA++++ (with 4+ marks).

 The product has an SPF50 PA++++ function. I purchased it immediately after seeing the magazine advertisement a few years ago (in 2017). Currently, PA++++ (4+ is now the norm, but at the time, 'City Smart' was the first). Elizabeth Arden seems to always create 'world's first' title products.

There is no irritation. I usually use a general sunscreen (SPF50 PA+++), but when I apply it and go out in the sun, I feel skin discomfort (my face gets red and swollen, or there are irritations and blemishes near the cheekbones). However, when I use 'City Smart', I don't experience those symptoms, so I continue using it. Of course, there is no eye irritation. 💯💯💯

The color is beige, and it doesn't leave much pigmentation when applied. There is no white cast.
It doesn't easily get washed off by sweat, so I use it well every summer. I also applied it well when I went to the sunny country of Spain 🇪🇸.

The texture spreads smoothly. It has a soft lotion-like feel.

It's close to being fragrance-free.

It takes some time for the product to be absorbed at first.
It may also feel a bit oily, but once I apply foundation on top and get to the office, it seems to help prevent my makeup from sliding off.

I've tried various gentle sunscreen products that are said to be suitable for babies, but I couldn't use sunscreen because of the stinging sensation in my eyes.
Since I've been using the Eight Hour Cream for about 8 years, I tested the sunscreen and found that it didn't cause any irritation around my eyes at all.

I'm worried about some of the ingredients not being good, so I have to use it daily, but I still haven't found a sunscreen I like better, so I'll probably keep using it... The price is also expensive, which is a downside.

It's moisturizing. In a way, it may feel a bit oily, but it doesn't seem bad to me. There are a lot of sunscreens that are extremely drying, so this is better than that. It applies very smoothly and evenly. This is the first sunscreen I've used that's like this among the ones I've tried. It contains ingredients like iron oxide that are used in foundations, so the liquid itself has a brownish beige foundation-like feel, but it doesn't cover as much as foundation. Honestly, even though I'm applying a brown color, it doesn't seem to reflect that color much on my face, which I actually like. Since the formula itself is brown, there's no white cast issue. I wanted to find another good sunscreen, but the application is so nice, the color blends in so naturally, and it doesn't take much time to apply, so I'm thinking of repurchasing it...
