ConsIt's disappointing that it's not available for purchase domestically. I stock up on multiple units every time I travel abroad!
TipThis product excels at the core function of a concealer! Just dab a small amount on areas you want to cover before or after foundation, and it stays put for hours!

The coverage is great, and it adheres to the skin with a matte finish. It feels smooth and velvety, with minimal transfer. When applied with a puff, it goes on evenly without feeling thick, despite its good coverage. It adheres well to the skin with a nice, even application. I've tried applying it with hands, brush, and puff, but it works best with a slightly textured puff, similar to the Skinfood wedge puff. These seem to work better than smooth, dense puffs. It maintains coverage while applying thinly and naturally, preserving a powdery skin texture. There's no settling into fine lines around the nose, wrinkles, or pores. It doesn't emphasize dead skin cells either. I used it all over my face like foundation, and even after eating out, wearing a mask, and time passing, there was no settling or clumping - it stayed flawless. I also appreciate the minimal transfer. Personally, I find it doesn't feel heavy or cakey. I applied it all over my face like foundation today, and it was better than expected. While it can feel a bit dry when applied with fingers and may emphasize pores, using a wedge-type sponge to pat it on makes it look natural with a nice finish. It applies thinly and beautifully. It's less dry than I thought it would be. The lack of settling keeps it looking clean around the nose and pores even as time passes, and the thin, powdery finish gives a lovely, bright look. The natural skin-like glow makes for a beautiful complexion. Above all, I absolutely love the color! The wide range of color options is fantastic. There are various brightness levels, and within each level, there are yellow-toned and pink-toned options, making it easy to find the right match. All the colors seem well-formulated (not too yellow, gray, or red). I'm particularly fond of the Light Sand color I chose. I picked a yellow-based sand tone to counteract redness and flushing, and it's perfect - not too yellow, but bright enough to neutralize redness effectively. It covers redness well, and while it might look a bit yellow compared to pink-based or neutral options on the hand, it looks great on the face. The Light shade is beautiful and naturally brightening, hitting just the right level of brightness without looking ashy or grayish. The 10ml quantity is generous, which is great. Most concealers are around 5ml, so this is ample. I sometimes use it as a foundation substitute, and I often apply it over a larger area on my cheeks to cover blemishes and redness. I also like the packaging. The design is clean and doesn't look cheap or flimsy. The lid has a metallic feel, and the gold color with purple zigzags is unique without looking tacky. The cylindrical container isn't too thick or long, making it portable. Despite having twice the amount of a typical concealer, the packaging isn't bulky or heavy. It's a doe-foot applicator type, and the wand is thick and generous, making it easy to apply. Lastly, I appreciate that it's cruelty-free.
ConsThe main drawback is that there are only a few Sephora stores nationwide where you can test it in person. With such a diverse color range, testing is essential for finding the right shade. I had been wanting to try it for a while but couldn't until I had a chance to visit Sephora. The limited accessibility is probably the biggest con at the moment. Also, as expected from a full-coverage product, it can be a bit drying. It's fine for my oily skin, but it might be too dry for those with dry skin types.
TipA textured puff like the Skinfood wedge puff works best. I've tried hands and brushes, but puffs were the most effective. Among puffs, those with lower density and a less slippery surface, like the Skinfood wedge puff, worked better than dense, smooth puffs meant for dewy looks. They minimized the heavy, thick feeling and applied well without drying or caking. The finish was also the best with these puffs. This applies not just when using it as a spot concealer, but also when applying it all over the face like a foundation. It's great as a foundation substitute, serving as both concealer and foundation in one. It's good to use a primer or makeup base first. If you're in a hurry, a sunscreen that doubles as a makeup base works well too. First, draw lines all over your face with the applicator, then pat it in thinly with a wedge puff. Then, dot more product on areas that need extra coverage. Spot-conceal by dabbing on areas that need more coverage, let it sit briefly, then pat again with the puff to build coverage. The small size and doe-foot applicator make it easy to do foundation and concealing in one step, without getting product on your hands. Since you're using the same product for both, you don't have to worry about color mismatches that can happen when using separate concealers. The minimal transfer and beautiful powdery finish mean you can stop here if you like. If you want to add a finishing touch, I'd recommend a setting spray over powder. Because this product is already matte with a powdery, slightly thick texture, adding powder might make it look cakey or like you're wearing heavy makeup. I'd suggest either leaving it as is or using a setting spray.
