When I first used it, I was surprised by how soft my hair felt. However, with continued use, it just feels the same as before. This is the worst shampoo I've ever used. After using it, I started getting blemishes on my forehead. I suspected the shampoo but kept using it since they didn't appear sometimes. There's absolutely nothing good to say. I bought three sets through a group purchase, and it's the worst decision ever. I originally had dry hair with a lot of volume and fullness. But after using this shampoo, my hair became oily and incredibly itchy. It gets greasy faster, so the volume disappears quickly too. Even my hairstylist of over 5 years was shocked, telling me my hair had become too oily and clumpy. This is despite me double-washing and getting regular treatments. It's truly a waste of money. I bought all the varieties, and not a single one is any good. Not buying it is the real money-saver.
