  Pros

  It has great cleansing effectiveness and removes makeup well. Plus, the price is affordable, which is nice.

  Cons

  I use Colfix mascara, and this doesn't remove it at all. Even if I press, rub, or wipe, the mascara stays put. I guess I'll need to buy a dedicated mascara remover for that. Also, it's really irritating to my skin. I used it to remove my eye makeup, and for days now, the area around my eyes has been red and stinging, which is concerning. It feels like only the eye area is getting irritated, haha. I wonder when it'll go away. When I do my skincare routine, the eye area is particularly sensitive. Thinking about it, it must be because of this product. Not recommended for super sensitive skin - it's better to just use a regular cleanser. This is way too harsh.

  Pros

  It's pretty effective at removing lip and eye makeup. However...

  Cons

  I developed contact dermatitis symptoms after using this product. My eye area became irritated, painful, and red, causing me discomfort for a while. The day after first use, my eye area was itchy. Since I've never had such a reaction to cleansing products before, I didn't realize it was due to this one. After my skin calmed down, I used it a couple more times, and each time I felt a stinging sensation and irritation. Eventually, it got so bad that I had to visit the doctor after just a couple of uses. I don't have extremely sensitive skin and don't often get blemishes, but I'm not invincible either. Occasionally, I might have a reaction to products that don't suit me. However, this is the first time I've experienced contact dermatitis symptoms from a product. For those with super sensitive skin, I strongly recommend patch testing before use.

  After using this, my eyelids became sore, stinging, and swollen red no matter what I applied, as if the skin was peeling off Unaware it was this product, I used it again and the next day my eyes were a mess - my double eyelids disappeared and my eyes hurt so much I went to a dermatologist who said the skin surface was damaged due to irritation I suffered for months Even now, when I use cosmetics I used before, my eyes hurt so I have to avoid the eye area The skin around my eyes, which is naturally delicate, became swollen as if filled with fluid, and the surface feels like plastic when touched And I used to have super resilient skin...

  Pros

  I'm not sure how those who say this cleanser isn't great are applying their makeup, but for me, it removes my eyeshadow, eyeliner, and mascara really well.

  Cons

  It started with an itchy feeling, and then my face completely broke out... I guess everyone's skin reacts differently, but at least it cleanses effectively.
