  Pros

  I have combination dehydrated skin with blemishes and visible pores. Since it's winter, all the high-coverage, matte products I've been using seem to be flaking off, making my skin look worse. So I decided to try a moisturizing foundation. I didn't know much about Max Factor and was initially looking for something in the $10 range, but curiosity led me to test this product, and I fell in love instantly! The biggest advantage I've noticed is how thinly and smoothly it absorbs. It's so hydrating and fine-textured that it doesn't emphasize dead skin cells or pores. It's exactly what I was looking for! I especially recommend it for dry and combination dehydrated skin, but regardless of skin type, if you want a foundation that applies thinly and evenly, I suggest giving this a try. I'm extremely satisfied!

  Cons

  There's not much to dislike, but if I had to pick something, maybe the color? It has a slightly pink base, so it looks a bit light on my yellow-toned skin. The scent isn't great either, but it's not bothersome during use.

  Tip

  For this foundation and all others, it's best to use as little as possible and apply thinly. Instead of applying a thick layer at once, think of it as layering multiple thin coats. I recommend using concealer for spot coverage rather than relying on the foundation. This approach will give you a light, fresh complexion with better staying power and prevent messy breakdown throughout the day!
