It feels like my pores are tightening instantly. The scent is lovely - is that cypress? It absorbs quickly, leaving my skin feeling soft and supple. It might make my skin a bit dry, so it's probably more suitable for summer use. I tried this because of all the great reviews, and it's fantastic for pore care! It seems to keep my skin clean, so even though it's a bit pricey, I'll likely keep using it. While it has a pump-style dispenser, I wish it had a cap for better hygiene. It's wonderfully lightweight, absorbs well, and controls sebum, leaving my skin feeling refreshingly clean. The product volume is too small to last even a month, and the price is quite steep for what you get. When I apply this before bed and wake up in the morning, my blemishes are almost gone! It's been the most effective product for me compared to others. I've already repurchased it several times... It worked so well for me that I can't really think of any downsides. For best results, smooth your skin with toner, then apply this right before sleeping. First off, I had blemish-prone skin from high school through college. Even when I didn't have active breakouts, my skin texture was uneven due to tiny bumps, making my makeup look rough. I tried switching up my skincare products and even got professional extractions at dermatology clinics, but nothing seemed to help. Then, I stumbled upon this product while shopping in Europe without much thought, and the results have been incredible. It's designed to control sebum, and it's visibly improved my skin texture. Now, everyone I meet compliments me on how good my skin looks. Just yesterday, my sister was surprised, thinking I had makeup on when I'd only washed my face (which made me feel amazing). All my previous efforts trying various Korean products for acne and bumpy skin were in vain... I'm in love with Caudalie! I originally bought this in Germany, and when I saw the price in Korea, there was a significant difference. Although the serum is a bit pricey for its size, I'd be willing to pay even if it were in the 100,000 won range, given how effective it is. The scent is quite pleasant. I love how it seems to absorb instantly upon application. Be careful though, as it can pill if you rub too hard after applying. It's nice that it doesn't feel greasy. The pump dispenser that twists to open without a separate cap is a great design feature. I'm not sure if it's reducing oil production or if the BHA is effectively exfoliating dead skin cells. Whether it was perfect timing or not, when I applied this to my skin that was about to break out due to mask-wearing, it actually calmed the redness. The serum has a runny consistency, which is great for oily-skinned folks like me. It leaves a refreshing finish on the skin. The fragrance is a bit strong. I was using it well, but at some point, it started to feel overwhelming. The scent is the only downside.
