While browsing a department store, I ended up purchasing it. When using it, the product was satisfactory. The scent was also fine. The staff member said it could be used as a substitute for toner, but I had already purchased a toner from that store, so I just used both. On lazy days, I would sometimes just use the toner alone, and other times, I would only use this product. The texture is watery.
