This is expensive, but it fits me well, so I've been using my third bottle after purchasing it through duty-free and other means. I'm not sure if it's the centella extract or some other ingredient, but it really helps control my dry skin, and my complexion brightens after applying it and going to sleep. I've tried stopping it, but I think this product is really working for me.
Cons
The formulation is somewhat lightweight, so you have to use a lot of it, which gives a sense of running out quickly. It is also expensive.

I've been using this toner for almost 10 years!! No matter what I try, I always come back to this Hungarian Water Essence haha I'm living abroad and was able to use it well when I went to Sephora in North America, but now it's been discontinued, so whenever I go to Korea, I make sure to stock up on a few bottles! If you have sensitive and dry skin, I highly recommend this!!

There are not many downsides, but if I had to pick one, it might not be the best fit for dry skin types. The formula is quite watery, so absorption is quick, but that may mean moisture retention is lacking. And the price... it's a bit of a burden unless it's on sale or at a duty-free shop.
