For now, I'm using it with the satisfaction of knowing I'm taking care of my scalp. After using it for a few days, it seems to be gently managing my sensitive scalp and helping to cool down any scalp heat. Accessibility...!! Since it's not a product you can easily find in stores (there are no reviews on Hwahae either), it's a bit disappointing that you can only purchase it online.
