Foam keeps bubbling up at the opening and hardens on the sink. Being mildly acidic, it feels a bit slippery. While it's supposed to be unscented, there's a slight medicinal smell. Despite being called a deep cleanser, it doesn't completely remove base makeup in one wash. I can't feel the cleansing effectiveness that others rave about. Perhaps due to its poor cleansing power, I noticed a significant increase in whiteheads while using it. When I switched to a different cleanser, the whiteheads decreased. Also, it's a bit pricey considering its cleansing effectiveness.

It's a deep cleanser, but because it's mildly acidic, I can use it daily without much irritation. Even though I have sensitive skin, I use it without any blemishes.
