It's good for oily skin, but I wouldn't recommend it for dry skin types. Also, the cleansing is a bit slippery, so I do an extra wash with soap.

As a dermatology staff member with oily and acne-prone skin, I have been using the entire Hera Acne Line products, and they have been great. My acne has significantly reduced.

The formulation has a slightly viscous water-type texture
and produces small, wave-like bubbles that make cleansing feel effective.
The previous product I used was also marketed for hospital use,
but the bubbles were a bit excessive, making face washing take longer.
The AC Sebum Wash seems to require less time for cleansing, which I really like. 
The subtle tea tree scent is also pleasant.
