The texture is light and watery, yet it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry. After cleansing, I remove excess water, apply this toner and let it absorb, then follow with a moisturizer. My skin feels so much calmer!

I'm not sure if this is a tip, but I apply it using cotton pads with a patting motion! I do this thinking it helps remove impurities while calming sebum production. However, I've heard that using cotton pads can be irritating to the skin, so those with super sensitive skin might want to skip this method.
