I've only tested a sample so far, so I haven't found any drawbacks yet.

Seems great for combination dehydrated skin, providing ample hydration. I love that it's gentle and can be applied generously. Even with my sensitive skin, it didn't cause any tingling or burning sensation when applied over blemishes.
