Well... I bought the larger size, but it is quite pricey for a gel. Still, I used it thinking the high-quality ingredients must justify the cost.

During pregnancy, I had such intense itching on my hands and feet that I couldn't sleep at night and kept scratching. A friend recommended this gel, so I kept it in the fridge and used it. While it didn't completely stop the itching, it did provide temporary relief when applied. Now that I've given birth and the itching has subsided, my husband is using it on his face!

You can only buy it at clinics, and it's a bit pricey. Even though it's aloe, you can't just use it carelessly...

A friend who goes to a dermatologist recommended this to my boyfriend with combination skin and me with dry skin. We're both really happy with it! While consistency is key, I use it after my toner and love how hydrating it is. My boyfriend is also pleased with its soothing effects.

It's great to keep in the refrigerator and use when cool. I found it especially effective to apply generously and let it absorb when using it with a derma cooler for calming the skin.

The only downside I can think of is that it's only available through medical facilities.

The aloe vera and azulene work together to provide a soothing effect, and I loved the beautiful purple color. Instead of just using aloe gel, using a product with azulene helped calm my skin that had become heated during the summer much faster.
