It applies evenly and adheres surprisingly well. The creamy formula does mean there's a bit more transfer and smearing if you touch it, but that's to be expected with a lipstick. For a transparent, hydrating lipstick, the LAKA Watery Tint has been my favorite, but for an opaque, creamy lipstick, this one is the best I've tried. The Laneige Intense Lipstick was decent, but it would just sit on the surface and wipe off easily, whereas this one really stays put.
