I've been using this for a month now, and it's fantastic for dry skin. It feels cool and absorbs quickly, leaving your skin soft and supple. When applied to dry hair, it calms frizz and provides hydration. If you accidentally burn yourself while cooking, quickly applying Benton's Aloe Real Cool Soothing Gel brings instant relief and helps soothe the area. Even with my super sensitive skin, I haven't experienced any blemishes. It absorbs so quickly that there's no trace left on the skin after application. When applied to the skin, it doesn't provide much of a glow. It might be better suited for oily skin types rather than those with dry skin. It's great for massaging - just apply it to the areas you want to massage and it glides smoothly. It's also wonderful for calming hair when applied. With 93% aloe content and no harmful ingredients, it's great for preventing blemishes. I use this on my folliculitis instead of toner. It's alcohol-free and so affordable that this is my go-to aloe product! The unscented formula has a slight raw ingredient smell, which is a bit disappointing.
