The formula is a flowing, transparent liquid type that feels slightly heavier than Toridoll. It's still light, though. The packaging is plastic.
It's unscented and has a very long dropper built-in. The transparent container lets you see how much product is left, which I personally like.
The absorption is on the faster side due to the formula. There was no stickiness or breakout issues. I managed to find the lowest price at 9,000 won, so I'm satisfied with the cost as well.
It seems like a good product for those who like gentle, daily-use multi-functional ingredients. There weren't any standout pros or cons that caught my eye, but I tend to rate products highly if the price is affordable. Even though it's called 'Relief', I didn't buy it expecting any calming benefits. If I need an alternative during the warmer months, I'd consider repurchasing.

There's not really any major downside, but if I had to nitpick, it's that this alone doesn't complete my whole skincare routine.
I apply this and then follow up with an additional moisturizer.

It's a holy grail product for me, somewhere between oily and dry skin.
When I first apply it, it feels a bit sticky, but once it's absorbed, it sinks in without any stickiness.
Personally, I always felt a tightening sensation when using products with hyaluronic acid, but this one doesn't have that, which I really like.

I bought it even though I was a bit skeptical since it was 50% off on the website. But the ingredients are decent, so I thought I'd give it a shot.
Surprisingly, it's very similar to the Toridoll, but it's actually cheaper, even at the original price. The texture (?) is completely comparable, but this one provides a bit more hydration and soothing benefits. Ugh, I'm so in love ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ
Maybe because of the soothing properties, the bumps on my skin have also significantly improved... I'm absolutely obsessed with this ㅠㅠ

Please help make sure this doesn't get discontinued... I'm definitely going to be relying on this throughout this winter ㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎㅎ As someone who goes through a 50ml ampoule in about a month and a half, this is like a godsend to me...❣

It's good for light use in the summer, but in the winter, you'll probably need to apply it with a more moisturizing cream to replenish your skin's hydration.

I don't use a skin lotion, but I spray a mist and apply this ampoule, and it's gentle and moisturizing. The fluid-like texture doesn't dry out my skin too much. When I gently pat it in, there's hardly any stickiness, which I like. The 50ml size lasted me about two months, using it morning and night!

Since the toner in the same line has an incompatible ingredient, I cleansed with Avène thermal spring water, applied the Derma ampoule, spritzed more Avène water to help it absorb, then used the Derma cream and topped it off with a hydrating serum or mist. This extra step made my skin even more supple and moisturized.

The ampoule and cream alone may not be enough in the winter. Dry-skinned folks will likely need a richer cream to finish their routine.

I am a chronic 'foundation cosmetics nomad' because my skin is so sensitive. None of the ingredients that are supposed to be calming, like centella, tea tree, and propolis, work for me. Even polysaccharide ingredients don't agree with me. Finding the right basic skincare products is like trying to catch a star in the sky - the stress is unreal. The dermatologist-recommended Physiogel and Aterrabelle cream don't work for me either, and I can't even use sunscreen. 
While scrolling through the Hwahae app looking for compatible ingredients, I came across the new Derma line and it seems like none of the ingredients disagree with me. I purchased the cream first and tried it, and lo and behold, no breakouts! However, I think the hyaluronic acid may be drying me out, so I bought the ampoule from the same line, hoping it would provide more moisture. And it worked wonderfully - applying the ampoule and then the cream was much less drying than just the cream alone. My irritated, blotchy skin has become so much calmer and happier! I'd love to buy the toner too, but it seems to have an ingredient that doesn't agree with me. I think the ampoule and cream will be enough for me in the summer. Please don't discontinue this line!
