First of all, my scalp is extremely oily. If I don't wash my hair once a day, it gets greasy and unmanageable. My condition is good or sometimes okay for about two days. However, I don't have any dandruff or flakes, and they only appear when my condition is really bad or when my scalp care is not done properly. I tried using this product as I heard that being silicone-free could help with oily scalp and greasiness. But I only ended up feeling the drawbacks. 1. As soon as I started using this product, I had a sudden outbreak of residual dandruff and my scalp became extremely itchy. 2. The amount of lather is just too much. It felt like I was washing my hair with a sponge. 3. The residue left behind is overwhelming, and I got tired of rinsing it off, so I ended up sitting down to take a shower. 4. I couldn't feel any of the benefits of being silicone-free. There are too many drawbacks, and I couldn't even experience the supposed advantages of being silicone-free. I won't be using this again.
