The texture is similar to a gel eyeliner. So it has good staying power and applies thickly. I usually use relatively bright shades on the top, but the color is darker than expected. It applies very smoothly and the color builds up immediately as you apply it. The biggest advantage is the great staying power!

Since I have thick eyebrows, the product tends to clump on my brow hairs... For those of us with dense brow hairs, I'd recommend a stiffer pencil formula like the Brow Wiz instead! You see YouTubers using this to define each individual brow hair, but a pencil would probably work better for that kind of precise application. All I could manage was a thick block of brow color... Or you could try using a brow pen instead.

I use the same color eyebrow wiz to line the brows, and I'm using this product to fill in my eyebrows. I have a lot of oiliness around my eyebrows, so they would often wipe off, but with this product, the hold is perfect and the wear is great - I love it! The color is also very natural, which I really like!! At first, I thought the pigmentation was too intense when applying, but over time it's not as heavy-looking. The color suits me well as a brunette, so I highly recommend this product.

For someone who needs to do their makeup quickly in the morning, this product might be a bit time-consuming. I also have to wake up earlier to do my makeup because of this.

I only bought the product itself from the Sephora store, and didn't get the brush. Personally, I use a spoolie brush I already had to groom my eyebrows, and an old eyeliner brush from Laneige to apply the product, and it goes on smoothly.
